Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement resurfacing on I-93 in Campton and Thornton, on the basis of a low bid of $1,940,119.12. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $97,005.96 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 23, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
