Authorize to retroactively accept a gift in the amount not to exceed $24,000 from Casey Family Programs, Seattle Washington to implement the Systems Learning Review model for conducting critical incident reviews, and to provide oversight, coaching, and feedback from Collaborative Safety LLC, Nashua, TN. Implementation took place February 25, 2019 in Keene, NH, and February 26, 2019 in Concord, NH. Ongoing technical assistance will be available through December 31, 2019.
