Authorize the Bureau of Student Support to enter into a cooperative project agreement with Granite State College, Concord, NH, to improve the social emotional outcomes of young children by infusing the evidence-based practices of the Pyramid Model Framework in pre-service early childhood teacher preparation programs, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for one additional year. 100% Federal Funds.
