Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with East Bluff Village Association, Meredith, NH, in the amount of $6,291.85 for the use of state-owned property in Meredith along Lake Winnipesaukee. Effective retroactive July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2030. The land will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities, and applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
