Authorize to enter into a subgrant with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, in an amount not to exceed $853,000 from the Federal Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs for the purpose of creating a pilot program utilizing live streaming technology to facilitate drug abuse treatment and recovery options throughout the State for justice-involved individuals. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
