Authorize to grant a license to Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for entry within and limited use of State real property to design, install, operate, and maintain in-building wireless telecommunications network systems in three State office buildings located on Hazen Drive. The licensee would not be charged for the license but would be solely responsible for providing and installing all necessary equipment and other network components at its own expense and for operating and maintaining the in-building network infrastructure at no cost to the State. The initial term would be five years, effective upon G&C approval, with options for the licensee to extend the license for three additional terms of five years each.
