Authorize to enter into an agreement with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Shrewsbury, MA, to develop and implement, in two phases, a federally required evaluation design for the NH Medicaid Granite Advantage Health Care Program, in an amount not to exceed $79,998 for Phase 1. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 50% Federal, 50% Other Funds.
