Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source agreement with the Northern New England Concrete Promotion Association (NNECPA), South Portland, ME, to participate in NNECPA’s training and certification program, for a fee not to exceed $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
