Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Pro City Facilities Services Inc, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #111), for janitorial cleaning services by adding three locations, removing one location and adding a provision with no change to the price limitation of $2,165,030.20. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027.
