Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement preservation north on I-93 beginning at the Meredith/New Hampton town line, on the basis of a low bid of $3,677,017.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $183,850.88 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 23, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
