Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the City of Keene, NH, in the amount of $200,000 for the purpose of providing funds to the Monadnock Economic Development Corporation to provide a loan to 603 OPTX Inc. Effective March 27, 2019 through December 31, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
