Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $11,000 of pass-through federal funds from the Office of Highway Safety, entitled Department of Safety Forensic Laboratory Equipment Training to continue training Forensic staff in relation to the new Preliminary Breath Tests and Intoxilyzer 9000 equipment recently purchased. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Agency Income.
