Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Town of Alexandria (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #115), for completion of the project replacing an undersized culvert on Fowler River Road, by changing the end date from March 24, 2019 to March 24, 2020. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
