Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into an equipment lease agreement with Granite State Plumbing & Heating LLC, Weare, NH, to provide a 200-ton temporary Trane Chiller at the Rockingham County Superior Courthouse, in an amount not to exceed $153,224. Effective April 1, 2019 through October 31, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
