TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Gatsas, seconded by Councilor Volinsky, and with Councilor Prescott voting no, tabled consideration of whether the petition of Alain T. Ata (age 34) requesting a pardon hearing for the offenses of Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and two counts of Receiving Stolen Property should be granted. The petitioner is not eligible for an annulment until April 2, 2023.
