Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to provide professional support services to the Department’s Oral Health Program in order to implement activities funded through federal grants, including access to preventive and reparative dental treatment for individuals in the statewide community-based and school-based oral health programs; conducting dental screenings, fluoride treatment and referrals for treatment in substance abuse treatment settings; as well as workforce development activities, in an amount not to exceed $2,605,345. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 74.37% Federal, 25.63% General Funds.
