Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to develop and execute a plan to validate Healthcare-Associated Infections data reported by hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, in an amount not to exceed $89,988.
