Authorize to exercise a retroactive renewal option to a sole source agreement with Friends of Recovery, NH d/b/a Hope for NH Recovery, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-7-18, item #16B), to continue the provision of Peer Recovery Support Services, by extending the completion date from February 28, 2019 to June 30, 2019, with no change to the price of $600,000.
