Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Bedford, NH, for the preliminary design, public involvement process and associated environmental & cultural services for rehabilitation or replacement of the existing bridge carrying NH Route 12 over NH Railroad (abandoned) in the Town of Troy, for a total amount not to exceed $220,314.45. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
