Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Bedford, NH, for the preliminary design, public involvement process and associated environmental & cultural services for rehabilitation or replacement of the existing bridge carrying NH Route 12 over South Branch Ashuelot River in the Town of Troy, for an amount not to exceed $227,878.59.
