Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a previously competitively solicited contract with Dubois & King Inc., South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #43), for Professional Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Services, by increasing the amount by $150,000 from $250,000 to an amount not to exceed $400,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019.
