Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Strategen Consulting LLC, Berkeley, CA, to provide expert services to support the participation of the office of the Consumer Advocate in two rates cases to be filed by electric utilities (Public Service Company of NH d/b/a Eversource Energy and Granite State Electric Company d/b/a Liberty Utilities) at the Public Utilities Commission in April 2019, plus additional cases as time and budget allow for an amount not to exceed $100,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Public Utility Assessment.
