Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Bion C. Ostrander, Topeka, KS, to provide expert services to support the participation of the office of the Consumer Advocate in an upcoming major electric utility rate case (to be filed in April by Granite State Electric Company d/b/a Liberty Utilities) at the Public Utilities Commission, plus additional cases as time and budget allow for an amount not to exceed $36,334.
