Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Cannon Mountain Ski Area to enter into a soles source contract with Leo Alger’s NH Electric Motors Inc., Laconia, NH, to provide upgrades to the motor drives in both the Peabody Express Quad and Eagle Cliff Triple Chairlifts, in the amount of $74,235. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Cannon Mountain Capital Improvement Funds.
