Authorize to enter into subgrants with the Manchester Community Health Center and YWCA New Hampshire, in the amount totaling $742,073, from the Federal Fiscal Year 2018 US Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime Project Grant for the purposes of providing services to children and youth who are impacted by the opioid crisis. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
