Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on January 24, 2019 a Mental Health Workers III at NH Hospital sustained an injury in the line of duty due to hostile or overt act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
