Description

Authorize the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services to enter into retroactive amendments with the vendors as originally approved by G&C and detailed in letter dated January 24, 2019, for the provision of Nutrition and/or Transportation Services, by increasing the price by $11,296,768 from $26,265,494 to an amount not to exceed $37,562,262, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020. 43% General, 57% Federal Funds.
