Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $3,915,983 from the City of Dover and the City of Portsmouth, for the relocation of water and sewer facilities in the City of Dover and a water main relocation on Woodbury Ave in the City of Portsmouth. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $284,681 from the Town of Newington for improvements to Woodbury Avenue in Newington, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Private/Local Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
