Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.73+/- of an acre parcel of State owned land located on the northerly side of NH Route 140 in the Town of Alton to J. Brandon Guida and Katrina G. Guida for $25,000, plus an Administrative Fee of $1,100. (2)Further authorize to compensate Locke Associates Inc. from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $1,500 for real estate services. The net proceeds are $23,500. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 100% Federal Funds.
