Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Beck & Bellucci Inc., Franklin, NH, for the replacement of the existing Roger’s Rangers Red List Bridge that carries US 2 over the Connecticut River between Lancaster NH and Guildhall VT, on the basis of a low bid of $10,086,473.29. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $504,323.66 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 25, 2021. 73% Federal, 27% Other (SB367 Capital Investment) Funds.
