Description

Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the City of Nashua in the amount of $5,700 for activities that increase State and local effectiveness in handling hazardous materials incidents, enhance implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act and encourage a comprehensive approach to emergency training and planning. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
