Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to amend a grant to provide additional funding to the City of Manchester (originally approved by G&C on 8-23-17, item #40), to relocate Taxiway B; mill and overlay a portion of Taxiway H and to repair pavement at the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting building at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The total federal share of the project, including the amendment will increase from $3,551,040 to $3,620,029.76 which equates to an increase of $68,989.76 to 90% of the grant amendment amount. The State and Federal Share of this amendment in the amount of $72,822.52 is available for this project. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2019. 95% Federal, 5% General Funds.
