Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive contract amendment with The H.L. Turner Group Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-11-17, item #25A), for the assessment of communications facilities on the summit of Mount Washington and recommendations for improvements, by extending the completion date to July 19, 2019 from September 5, 2018. No Additional Funding. 100% Capital Funds.
