Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Arnold M. Graton Association Inc., Holderness, NH, for statewide fire tower repairs, for a total price not to exceed $543,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $21,500 for latent or unforeseen conditions, bringing the total to $564,500. (3)Further authorize the amount of $15,500 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $580,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% General – Capital Funds.
