Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing agreement with the Department of Corrections, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-17, item #17), for opioid use disorder case management re-entry services, to make available Naloxone kits and related instruction on administration to individuals re-entering the community from any correctional facility or State-run transitional housing, and to provide medication assisted treatment to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder in correctional facilities, by increasing the price by $2,387,589 from $900,000 to an amount not to exceed $3,287,589. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
