Description

Authorize to retroactively amend an existing sole source contract with Waypoint (f/k/a Child and Family Services of NH), Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-17, item #13B), for the provision of services to assist in closing overdue child protection assessments, by increasing the price by $320,000 from $253,844 to an amount not to exceed $573,844, and by extending the contract completion date from December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019. 100% General Funds.
