Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-12-14, item #21), to support the continued delivery of adoption preparation and preservation services, by increasing the price by $208,845 from $2,156,447 to an amount not to exceed $2,365,292 and by extending the completion date from January 1, 20198 to September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
