Description

Authorize to retroactively exercise renewal options to existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated December 10, 2018 (originally approved by G&C on 12-16-15, item #21), to continue providing reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, by increasing the price by $70,000 in the aggregate, from $509,750 to an amount not to exceed $579,50, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2020.
