Description
Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $33,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for rental space. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. (2)Further authorize to enter into a lease agreement with FiveKPH LLC, Manchester, NH, for approximately 5,636 square feet of space, Concord, NH, for an amount not to exceed $149,354.04. Effective March 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020. 100% Turnpike Funds.
