Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to exercise a contract renewal option with Citizens Banks National Association, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-27-16, item #25), for the first of two contract extensions for Toll Revenue Processing and Armored Car Services for the Bureau of Turnpikes within the Division of Operations, in an amount not to exceed $1,004,142.83, increasing from $1,714,044.35 to $2,718,187.18. Effective February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2021. (2)Further authorize to amend the second contract renewal option from two to five years so that the contract ending date will coincide with the Toll Collection System Upgraded Maintenance Contract. 100% Turnpike Funds.
