Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with J.P. Sicard Inc., Barton, VT, for reconstructing railway-highway crossing, roadway approaches and protective devices on US 302 in Bartlett, on the basis of a low bid of $828,633. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $66,290.64 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 14, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
