Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Vermont Recreational Surfacing & Fencing Inc., Barnet, VT, for replacing cable guardrail and “F” terminal units located along US Route 3 and NH Route 116 in Carroll, Whitefield and Jefferson, on the basis of a low bid of $567,181. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $28,359.05 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
