Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Northeast Earth Mechanics Inc., Pittsfield, NH, for replacing a structurally deficient hybrid culver that carries Batchelder Brook under NH Route 11 in Alton, on the basis of a low bid of $358,449.40. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $35,844.94 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2019. 100% Other Funds (Betterment Funds).
