Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract amendment with TriTech Software Systems, San Diego, CA (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-05, item #6A), for the purpose of continued software support and maintenance of TriTech Public Safety Software required by the NH Liquor Commission, Bureau of Liquor Enforcement, by increasing the price in the amount not to exceed $72,407.50 from $137,246.25 to $209,653.75, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2023. 100% Other (Liquor) Funds.
