Authorize the Bureau of Student Wellness to enter into a contract with Cookson Strategies Corporation, Manchester, NH, to implement a social media campaign using public service announcements written, directed, and produced by NH youth, in an amount not to exceed $200,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 100% Other Funds.
