Authorize the Division of Public Works, Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, Milford, NH, for the demolition and construction of the Hooksett Turnpike Administration Building, Hooksett, NH, for a total price not to exceed $3,075,900. (2)Further authorize the amount of $115,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $3,190,900. Effective upon G&C approval through March 2, 2020. 100% Turnpike Funds.
