Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of an industrial facility by the Business Finance Authority for BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc. for a project Manchester, New Hampshire. Action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
