Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source contract with Coordinated Transportation Solutions Inc., Trumbull, CT (originally approved by G&C on 3-28-17, Item #A), to manage the statewide non-emergency medical transportation for approximately 2,100 Medicaid recipients remaining in the NH Medicaid Fee-for-Service program, as approximately 56,650 for the 58,750 individuals, per monthly average, originally covered under this contract will now receive services under Medicaid’s Managed Care Organizations beginning January 1, 2019, by increasing the price by $257,292 from $12,980,446 to an amount not to exceed $13,237,738, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2019. The additional funding for state fiscal year 2019 and 2020 is 56% Federal, 43% General, 1% Other Funds.
