Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source agreement with Greater Nashua Mental Health Center at Community Council, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-18, Late Item #A), for the provision of clinical substance use disorder services in support of the Hillsborough County South’s Drug Court expansion effort, by extending the contract completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019, with no change to the price limitation. (2)Further authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option to an existing sole source agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-18, Late Item #A), for the provision of date evaluation services in support of the Hillsborough County South’s Drug Court expansion effort by increasing the price by $43,340 from $851,622 in the aggregate to $894,962 in the aggregate and extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
