Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a parcel of State owned land consisting of a 0.19 +/- of an acre located on the southwesterly corner of NH Route 111 and NH Route 28 in the Town of Windham directly to the abutter, Rockingham Road Realty Trust, for $25,000 plus a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Net proceeds are $25,000. Originally purchased with 86.8% Federal and 13.2% Highway Funds.
